The property was sold recently and the new owners require some new arrangements to suit their needs and lifestyle. The proposed design was done accordingly whilst aligned with the permitted development rights. This will include: • A loft conversion with a dormer to the rear of the property, providing an extra bedroom and ensuite bathroom. • Internal alterations to the first floor bathroom. • Internal alterations to the ground floor, including the addition of an under-stairs WC, widening of the utility room, and direct access from the utility room to the workshop. • The erection of a carport/garage, making use of the existing gate and car access.
