This terraced house is situated in a vibrant location in London, with the ground floor currently serving as a solicitor's office and the first floor as a two-bedroom flat. The client had a need to expand the property and maximize the available space. To accomplish this, a rear extension was designed, creating an opportunity to construct a separate entrance for a rear flat and a larger office on the ground floor. In addition, a loft conversion was thought of as part of the refurbishment project, resulting in an enlarged main dwelling with an extra bedroom with an ensuite bathroom and terrace.
